White Prince has launched three flavours of Crumbed Mushrooms, for the Hospitality industry.

The Crumbed Mushrooms are available in Button and Quarter Style mushroom in three flavours; herb and garlic, hot and spicy and southern style.

The mushrooms are designed to be served as finger food, a snack, or part of a plated meal and are suitable for formal and casual dining, buffets and bars.

They have no added preservatives, are portion controlled and require minimum labour and preparation time.

At the Fine Food Australia New Product Awards, White Prince Crumbed Mushrooms was the runner up in the category of Best New Retail Product.

Matthew Fensom, General Manager, White Prince Mushrooms said the company was “absolutely delighted” at being named runner up.

“We have put a lot of efforts into these Value added mushrooms. While we may be bias, we think they are sensational and it is fantastic to have others recognise this,” he said
