facility. Mushroom growing is a technologically advanced method
of farming. Each farm runs its own laboratory for testing of the
substrate and mushrooms. The growing process is controlled by computers
that check the growing conditions every 4 minutes and adjusts it
if necessary. With 50 years of growing experience for
the Tolson Family, we are considered one of the best in the business.
