Climate control and skilled staff are the keys to our business success. We also run computers that check and alter, if necessary, the climate in our growing and composting facilities every four minutes. This enables us to run accurate and very close tolerances for optimal product conditions. A sophisticated packing system has been developed which enables the product to be recorded, weighed and graded to enable us to provide our customers the product they demand. This system also gives accurate conclusive information to the growing facilities, this helps them focus on producing superior quality mushrooms.

ELF MUSHROOMS

Elf Mushrooms is the largest growing facility. The farm produces approximately 60,000 kgs of white mushrooms per week. Elf mushrooms is a tray farm employing approximately 130 people and is managed and directed by David Tolson

REGAL MUSHROOMS

Regal Mushrooms is a shelf farm producing white mushrooms. Regal produces approximately 45,000 kgs of mushrooms per week. The farm employs 90 people and is managed and directed by Kevin Tolson.

PREMIER MUSHROOMS

Premier Mushrooms is a shelf farm producing approximately 30,000 kgs of white mushooms per week. Premier Mushrooms employs approximately 70 people and is managed and directed by Robert Tolson.

ELF FARM SUPPLIES

Elf Farm Supplies is the mushroom composting facility. The facility produces compost for the farm's use and also for sale to other mushroom farms in Australia. By being composters ourselves we ensure that the substrate is produced for optimal production and not to a budget. Elf Farm Supplies is managed and directed by Rob Tolson (Senior).

SYLVAN AUSTRALIA

Sylvan Australia is the facility that produces the largest quantity of spawn in Australia. The company is in partnership with Sylvan Inc. The Tolson Family is the largest Australian shareholder and Rob Tolson (senior) is the Chairman of Directors. Sylvan Australia supplies the Tolson Group of farms with high class spawn for mushroom production.
