Prewet Stage

This is the first stage of making the substrate we grow the mushrooms in. Here we mix the ingredients with a large mixing machine and then put it on concrete slabs with special air holes in it to blow air into the substrate to keep it aerobic. During this process we mix the product every second day and add water - this process takes approximately 10 days.
